Rossie is a loving, affectionate girl with an incredible story of resilience. When she was found wandering the streets, she was covered in old scars and fresh wounds, battling fleas, eye and nasal discharge, dehydration, and severe diarrhea. It was clear she had been surviving on her own for quite some time. A kind rescuer searched for her family, but no one ever came forward to claim her.

Despite everything she's been through, Rossie has never stopped loving people. She is gentle, cuddly, and always happy to receive pets and affection. She absolutely loves treats—especially lickable ones—and will happily "chat" with you using her sweet, expressive meows. Rossie is fully litter box trained and enjoys a calm environment where she can relax and feel safe.

Rossie is currently being fostered in Boston, Massachusetts and is once again looking for her forever family. She was previously adopted but returned because she did not get along with one of the resident cats. While she can coexist with certain cats, she is selective about her feline companions, so we cannot guarantee she will thrive in every multi-cat household. She may do best as an only cat or with a slow, thoughtful introduction to a compatible feline friend.

Rossie also has occasional eye discharge that may require routine cleaning. It does not affect her vision and is easy to manage as part of her normal care.
